Terms and Conditions of Sale

All part numbers and images are for reference only. Please refer to the text under brand to see the make of the item you are buying.
Sale conditions
We put a lot of effort into making sure the information on our website is correct. We do however rely on our suppliers to provide the correct information about the parts that they stock on our behalf. If the information relating to an item that has been purchased is wrong, we will try our best to sort it out or offer a full refund. Sometimes the information about a part can be correct but the dimensions that we are given that you don't see will be wrong resulting in a postage cost way too high or low for the item/location combination. If it does not look right please contact us before purchase as we will do our best but cannot always honour it.
If You Change Your Mind...
You can return your product if notified within 14 calendar days from purchase and returned within 14 days of telling us provided it is in its original, un-opened and sealed packaging. We can then offer you an exchange or refund, provided you have proof of purchase. Any cancelled orders will incur a 15% handling charge and not include original or return postage costs. Returns can only be done by the party who originally ordered the part.

Faulty or damaged products...
If your product arrives faulty or damaged you can return it so long as you tell us within 14 calendar days of delivery and return in 14 days from telling us. We can then offer you an exchange or full refund providing you have proof of purchase. Please note that any products returned without proof of purchase cannot be processed. On delivery please check carefully, making sure there is no damage to the product or packaging. If damage is found, please sign for the package as damaged. If your product is sent back and is found not to be damaged or faulty then a refund or exchange will not be provided and you will not be refunded for the return postage and you will have to pay postage to get the item sent back to you. We cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during fitting and cannot stand any labour costs of fitting. To avoid damage during fitting please make sure fitting is done by someone with a good technical knowledge of motor vehicles. If your item is faulty we will not be able to send a FOC replacement unit or offer a refund until we get the item back and we have had the item tested and it is found to be faulty. Sending goods off to be tested can take weeks depending on who we have to send the item off to be tested by. No warranty or faulty item returns will be processed without the following information: Vehicle Registration, Mileage fitted, Date Fitted, mileage Failed and Date Failed. Buy buying from us you accept these terms. All our parts have a one year warranty unless otherwise stipulated.

On receiving items...
Please check any items shipped to you as soon as you receive them to make sure they are correct to specification and un-damaged. After 14 calendar days it will be assumed that the order arrived in good condition and to correct specification. 
Postage to non UK Mainland...
The postage prices displayed on all of our listings applies to UK Mainland only. For any non UK Mainland locations inclusive of but not exclusive to: Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Mann, postage may differ, so please contact prior to payment or there may be delays in shipping your item.
